(Case study) ERP · Saudi Arabia
An Arabic-first ERP for Saudi businesses. Sales, purchases, inventory, finance, HR and ZATCA e-invoicing in one web system, built on its own UI kit and design system.
(Overview)
Bareq brings the daily work of a Saudi business into one place. Branches, warehouses, customers and suppliers share the same records, from the first sales invoice to the VAT return and the monthly payroll.
(03) The challenge
ERPs are dense by nature: long tables, deep menus and dozens of reports. The goal was to keep every module powerful while making the most common tasks one or two clicks away, for teams that work in Arabic all day.
Across all branches
Sales, warehouse, finance and HR
(04) One system, two journeys
The trade journey runs from purchase to payment. The back office journey closes the loop in finance, reports and HR.
(05) Dashboard
KPI cards with live trends, alerts that need action, revenue by period, sales against targets, inventory health and cash flow, all on the home screen.

(06) Sales
Every sales list shares the same table pattern: search, filters, status tags and bulk actions. Each invoice opens into its items, totals, payment, shipping and a full activity log.

(07) Reports
Profit and loss, VAT, stock and sales reports share summary cards, tabs for each view and export to Excel or PDF, so a new report never needs a new layout.

(08) People and tasks
HR covers employees, leave, payroll, sales targets and public holidays. Task management tracks work across teams with status, priority and hours.

(09) Compliance
Each branch is onboarded with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority from settings, with its tax number, certificate expiry and connection status in one table.

(10) Design system
Bareq ships with its own UI kit and scalable design system, made for tables, forms, charts and status-heavy screens.
(11) Scope
One web system covering the full business, designed Arabic first.
