- Track orders and payments in one place
(Case study) B2B procurement · Saudi Arabia
A procurement marketplace where buyers send requests, get matched with suppliers and contractors, compare quotations and follow every purchase order to delivery.
(Overview)
Tendra brings construction procurement into one place. Buyers publish RFQs and RFPs, the platform matches them with suppliers by service, country and city, and every quotation, order and payment stays on the record.
(03) The challenge
Buyers struggled to find reliable suppliers, compare offers and negotiate fair terms. Suppliers struggled to reach qualified buyers and manage quotations. Both sides lacked a shared view of where an order stood.

(04) Two sides, one deal
The buyer journey and the supplier journey meet at the same request, quotation and order, so each step on one side has a matching step on the other.
(05) Create and match
Buyers describe the request, add a shipping address and items, then pick from suppliers matched by industry, country and city.

(06) Supplier side
Suppliers see items grouped by category, attachments and terms before they price anything. Contractors get RFPs for larger scopes in their own board.

(07) Compare and award
Quotations line up item by item with their totals, so the buyer can accept one, decline the rest and export the comparison for approval.

(08) Purchase orders
From PO confirmed to delivery confirmed, each state shows who acts next. Payment proofs and shipping documents attach to the step they belong to.

(09) Dashboards
Buyers follow requests and orders. Suppliers follow incoming RFQs, quotation success and their wallet.

(10) Marketing site
The public site explains the platform to both sides and is designed for desktop, tablet and mobile in both languages.

(11) Design system
Foundations and components built for dense tables, multi step forms and two reading directions.
(12) Scope
Three roles, two request types and one order lifecycle, designed across the web app and the marketing site.
